It’s important you feel comfortable with your photographer, and meeting face to face is a great way to establish whether you are a good fit for one another. We have a lot of wedding albums here at the studio so that couples can familiarize themselves with our style.
Every weddings includes a polaroid coverage, a library bound art book of 100 pages and all the files of your wedding. The cost for an 8 hour day is $30,000 + HST.
The book is our creative creation and is the photographer's vision gift to you and will be available to you 8 weeks after the wedding day.
What makes Polaroid wedding photography so special? There is something so authentic, so genuine, about a photograph that comes fully finished, straight out of the camera, without a single modification. What you get is an actual photograph that you can see and touch, a tangible reminder of the moment that just passed.
For the bride, the vintage Polaroids give your event a link to the past, and adds a little photography culture to your wedding day. we use cameras from the ’60s and ’70s, and completely manual techniques to produce our images. Given that there is no chance to retouch, it has to be right the first time. This is one of Jerome biggest strengths as a photographer – recognizing beautiful natural light, and finding an aesthetically pleasing composition in-camera. No cropping allowed with a Polaroid!
We use vintage black and white and sepia film when we are able to find it. Sometimes the film is not perfect – strange colours sometimes appear, or streaks or flares, but that’s just part of the charm. You can be assured the result will always be one-of-a-kind.
At the end of your wedding day, you will receive a keepsake box with the Polaroid images telling the story of your wedding. You will be able to share your images right away – in person – with your family and friends, and reminisce over them while awaiting the arrival of your album 8 weeks later later.
